The Singapore-based Crystal Jade group was acquired by the luxury conglomerate LVMH, which supported the restaurant's U.S. expansion. The Crystal Jade Jiang Nan Restaurant, opened its first U.S. location in 2014 at Four Embarcadero Center in San Francisco and closed in June 2018.
